- In the Matter of the Welfare of the Child(ren) of V.L.M.L.: NACC filed an amicus brief urging the Minnesota Court of Appeals to properly apply strict scrutiny to termination of parental rights petitions.
- In the Matter of Liam M. et. al.: A New York State appellate court agreed that it is unlawful for a court to order a child protection agency to supervise a parent’s compliance with a temporary order of protection, when that order was meant to protect that same parent. NACC previously joined partners in an amicus brief in this case.
