CLE Information

NACC seeks CLE accreditation for live and on-demand participation in select jurisdictions for most of our training offerings – see details on individual event webpages. Attendees from California and Colorado should sign in for CLE after attending NACC webinars, Red Book Training Courses, and other offerings using the instructions and attendance form below. NACC will only report CLE credits for California attorneys who use this form. Colorado is a self-report state.

Attendees from all other jurisdictions are welcome to fill out the attendance form for personal recordkeeping – you will receive a copy of your attendance form via email after submission – but NACC will not report CLE credits on your behalf and you will need to independently seek accreditation.

Webinars

Red Book Training Course

California

Live Attendance Reporting: NACC must report live attendance for California attorneys within 60 days after a stand-alone webinar is presented or after a multi-session course concludes. To avoid late fees, NACC will not wait the full 60 days before reporting so we advise you to submit your attendance form as soon as possible after the stand-alone webinar ends or after the final session of a multi-session course concludes.

On-Demand Attendance Reporting: NACC must report on-demand attendance for California attorneys within 60 days after participation concludes. To avoid late fees, NACC may not be able to report your attendance if you submit the sign-in form too near (or after) the 60-day deadline from your stand-alone webinar viewing date or the date you viewed the final session in a multi-session course. We advise you to submit the form as soon as possible after viewing a webinar or the final session of a course.

Colorado

Colorado is a self-report state. Colorado attorneys can report their attendance through the Colorado CLE Track System using the course ID codes found on the NACC certificate of attendance in the webinar materials or course materials folder.

We are working to expand our CLE management capacity and appreciate your understanding.
