In-Person Training
NACC provides training to help attorneys enhance their practice and improve the quality of legal representation for children, families, and agencies.
In-Person Foundations of Child Welfare Law and Practice Training
Foundations of Child Welfare Law and Practice is NACC’s signature training, designed to provide a comprehensive overview of child welfare law and practice, and to help attorneys prepare for the Child Welfare Law Specialist certification exam.
This one-day, live training is based on the 4th edition of Child Welfare Law and Practice: Representing Children, Parents, and Agencies in Neglect, Abuse, and Dependency Cases.
NACC typically delivers this in-person training as a one-day pre-conference event before its annual conference. Check our upcoming events to sign up for the next offering.
