2023 Career Fair – Employer Registration

In conjunction with NACC’s 46th National Child Welfare Law Conference, join us at the inaugural NACC career fair! The NACC career fair aims to promote jobs in child welfare for law students, recent grads, and persons with lived experience in foster care. Additionally, network with NACC members and national law office leaders and fill vacancies or recruit for internships/fellowships. This event is majority table-talk with the opportunity for all participants to schedule their own interviews. The deadline to register for the Career Fair is July 31, 2023.

For people also attending the 46^th National Child Welfare Law Conference, the Exhibit Hall and employer tables will remain open August 10-12. 

Prior to the career fair, NACC will provide your booth persons a list of students/prospective candidates who have registered for the career fair. Networking, resume–swapping, and scheduling interviews will occur during the Wednesday 1:00PM – 5:00PM open house. Interviews and networking will continue during exhibiting hours throughout the conference Thursday through Saturday.

Law Offices, Policy Advocacy Centers, and Employers Registration: $50
• To participate in the career fair, please purchase a ticket and complete the form to reserve a table. We will ask for information including: What positions you are recruiting for (roles may include investigator, peer advocate, social worker, attorney, fellow, interns) as well as any links to online job posts; What state the position is located and if the position is remote, hybrid, etc.;
• Included in this reservation is a 6–foot table with a table cloth and two chairs
• Organizations will be responsible for scheduling their own interviews with candidates, collecting resumes, etc.
