Description
CLE
NACC did not seek CLE accreditation for on-demand viewing of recordings in most jurisdictions and isn’t tracking or reporting on-demand participation in most places. California is the only exception – California attorneys may receive a maximum of 16.5 hours of participatory CLE for on-demand 2024 conference sessions viewed between November 2024 and March 31, 2025. This applies to California attorneys who either purchased the 2024 Conference to Go package or were registered for the conference earlier but were unable to participate live in September and/or would like to catch up on sessions they may have missed. Non-California attorneys, please check with your jurisdiction to determine if they will accept your individual application for on-demand CLE credits.
