NACC Joined a Sign-On Letter

NACC signaled support for the Protecting Foster Youth Resources Act which protects the benefits of foster youth by preventing child welfare entities from using a youth’s benefits to pay for their costs of care.

NACC Submitted a Comment

NACC submitted a comment to the Department of Health and Human Services and the Social Security Administration in response to the request for information regarding Use and Conservation of Social Security Benefits and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Payments That Representative Payees Receive for Beneficiaries Residing in Foster Care.
