Speakers Bureau

The NACC Training and Speakers Bureau provides training faculty for children's law and advocacy programs. NACC trainers provide training for attorneys, guardians ad litem and law guardians, caseworkers, physicians and therapists, on a variety of topics including:

  • Dependency Court Law and Practice;
  • Delinquency Court Law and Practice;
  • Private Custody, Visitation and Adoption Law and Practice;
  • Civil Litigation Involving Children;
  • Federal and State Public Policy Advocacy;
  • Trial Skills (including evidentiary foundations and expert and child witness examination);
  • Child Development;
  • Child Abuse and Neglect;
  • Witness Training

 

The NACC is a nonprofit charitable organization and bureau fees support the NACC and its children's programs. Fees vary depending upon the speakers selected and the length of training. A typical fee is $1,500 for a 1 to 3 hour presentation, or $3,000 per full day workshop plus any necessary travel, lodging and meals.
