The National Association of Counsel for Children (NACC) is a national membership assocation of child advocates dedicated to improving the representation and protection of children in the legal system. Our primary objectives are the training and education of professionals to better protect children as well as efforts intended to improve public policy and legislation effecting children. Although we do not provide direct legal services we do maintain a database of counsel for referral purposes.

The directory is a listing of approximately 2000 NACC member attorneys, judges, social workers, physicians, therapists and other child advocates. These individuals do not work for the NACC but are professionals who either belong to this association or are know to this association and who practice in the area of children and law. You should feel free to contact these people to seek assistance. Please keep in mind that these individuals are not employed by the NACC and we cannot guarantee their availability to you. You must discuss with them whether they can assist you and under what terms.
