Children's Legal Rights Journal
The Children's Legal Rights Journal (CLRJ) is
published in association with the NACC and is available to our members at
a discount. Founded in 1979, CLRJ is a quarterly professional practice
journal for child welfare, juvenile justice and family law professionals.
It is a comprehensive and convenient source of information on the law as
it relates to children.
Under the editorial direction of the ABA Center on Children and the Law, The Childlaw Center at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and the National Association of Counsel for Children, the Journal provides professionals with an awareness and understanding of the legal issues involved in the day-to-day treatment of children. The format and content of the Journal are designed to serve the special needs of lawyers and legal counselors, social workers in both public and private practice, juvenile justice and law enforcement personnel, educators and guidance counselors, mental health professionals, and physicians and health care practitioners.
Each issue of the Children's Legal Rights Journal provides insight into
the relationship between the professional and the child in such areas as
child abuse and neglect, foster care, child custody and adoption, juvenile
delinquency and status offenses, medical care, mental health and mental
retardation, education for the handicapped child, and students' rights.
