The NACC believes in working together as child welfare and juvenile justice agencies. What we do together can frequently be greater than what we do as independent organizations. The NACC Strategic Operating Plan directs us to work collaboratively with other organizations to maximize services for children. The NACC, therefore, periodically engages in multi-agency projects.
A example of this philosophy is the National Call To Action (NCTA), a collaborative effort of the nation's leading child welfare organizations designed to reduce the occurrence of child maltreatment in the United States. The NACC serves as a steering committee member of NCTA.
